Free tool for IP camera control
HD IOT Camera is a free-to-use utility from xiaowenyin201. It lets you manage, control, and monitor IP cameras, even if you are not at home. With just a mobile app, you can access your camera, which is useful for security or housekeeping purposes. It has an intuitive interface that makes it easy, even for nontechnical users.

Remotely view IP cameras
HD IOT Camera is designed to connect with your IP cameras, which are digital video recording devices that transmit and store data over the internet. Unlike traditional CCTV systems that require on-premise hardware, it only needs the IP camera device and an online, often cloud-based setup. From your end, you only need this app to view and manage multiple devices installed on your premises.
As a monitoring tool, the app is easy to use. As soon as you open the app, you are greeted with a simple interface that is intuitive for users. However, the app mostly comes in Simplified Chinese text, but the few English words are enough to help a wide range of users navigate through it. Similarly, you can choose which camera to view and start enjoying real-time feeds immediately.
Unfortunately, the language barrier means that non-Chinese speakers might have a difficult time navigating through other aspects of the app such as the settings. While most features are accompanied by icons, there are certain parts that are text-only. Also, for a free app, it’s a plus to find this one featuring no ads at all. Although, as mentioned, it only supports a few IP camera models.
Intuitive, but for limited applications only
Overall, HD IOT Camera is a promising app. It has good visual choices and is generally intuitive to use, despite most of the app content being in Simplified Chinese. Unfortunately, it suffers from a couple of restrictions that make the app useful for a few applications only. One, other parts of the app are not accessible because of the language barrier.

As we so many things that come directly from China. The app doesn't do any good. It asks for information that isn't supplied with the camera. It makes assumptions about the operation that just aren't clear. Camera is o.k. but to get it work properly///impossible. More
